Adds GNOME Podcasts to the list of apps that support syncing.
I wanted to wait for it to land in a stable release, but then I learned that stable releases are done many months apart. I thought we could add this already, and update it to use an actual version number later.
Ofc if you don't like that idea, I could make this a draft instead and come back to it once the release is made.
I've been using this Nextcloud add-on with GNOME Podcasts already though and having a good experience. 🎉
