Open Source Dislocation Dynamics Simulation Framework and Libraries
ExaDiS (Exascale Dislocation Simulator) is a portable library for Discrete Dislocation Dynamics simulations that runs on GPU
Python Laboratory for Dislocation Dynamics
MAcroscopic Crystal PLAsticity Simulator
2D engine dealing with crystal deffects
Python Laboratory for Dislocation Dynamics
Code surrounding and/or belonging to my Master's Thesis on dislocation dynamics with creation and annihilation.
Code for Section 2 of the paper "Data-driven exploration and continuum modeling of dislocation networks".
Discrete Dislocation Dynamics simulations of Frank-Read sources in FCC copper using microMegas (mM). Includes parameter studies on critical shear stress vs. segment length and orientation (α factor), with comparison to the analytical Hirth solution.
A modified DXA! Supports multiple structure identification methods including PTM, CNA, and Diamond structure analysis. Identifies dislocation lines, computes Burgers vectors, constructs dislocation networks, and exports results for visualization.
Add a description, image, and links to the dislocation-dynamics topic page so that developers can more easily learn about it.
