Updated issue templates to improve clarity and user focus. The SPIKE template now emphasizes the purpose of time-boxed investigations, while the TASK and EPIC template has been restructured to include a user story format. The TASK template has additionally gotten additional criteria for continuous prioritization. These changes aim to support better planning and alignment with team objectives, enhancing the overall backlog structure and engagement.
