Closes Leleat/Tiling-Assistant#426.

Enables adaptive tiling when no windows are tiled and adds adaptive split behavior to favorite layouts, matching adaptive tiling mode.

Thanks for the PR.

EGO doesn't support semantic versioning, so TA also never did and only ever used one version (build from the main branch). This looks like a behavioral change, so I am going to put this PR on the back burner and revisit it later. I don't want to change the behavior for the current users mid-GNOME-cycle. For now, I want to still create a minor/bugfix release for the current GNOME version. After that I am going to take a look at this.
