Emphasizing "with, not for" by adding a point for including the entire team. Adding a point about exposure hours for everyone (#9)
I like this idea. Are you specifically recommending that all of these individuals spend time with users themselves? Or just that everyone on the team be exposed directly to user feedback (i.e. by showing groups videos from user testing sessions)? Perhaps we could be more specific about what they should be "included" in.
This is more specific than we tend to be with the Playbook. If we add a sense of frequency to the 2. above, we could potentially encapsulate this idea within 2?
Depending on the answer to the comment on number 2, we may be able to expand on 6 to explain what we mean by "wider team." If we include the description of the wider team proposed in your 2, maybe we could encapsulate the idea of number 2 in the existing number 6? |

Great questions. No. 2. Yep, I am recommending that everyone some some time with users. Videos, etc. would be a consolation prize. Would enjoy suggestions about wording to make that clearer. No. 9. Could say something more like, "Make sure that everyone on the team spends some time with users regularly and often." Give me some new wording for 2, 6, and 9, @cew821, and let's iterate. |
