Add Nitro example

I've created a new example to showcase Nitro, which I've also made similar to the Next.js one. This lets people easily compare how to build the same app across frameworks. The app is a chat bot for Discord, Slack, Google Chat and many more.

Here's a comparison between the two frameworks

• Looking at the deployed functions Nitro is 2.8 MB and Next.js is 3.4 MB
• I benchmarked the build times Nitro is 2.650s and Next.js is 10.238s

When merging we should add the nitro-chat example to the Vercel Labs team on Vercel
