I moved to @zolkis to former editor

I have 2 questions:

  • is there any specific order of the list we need to respect?
  • for Nimura-San ) (@knimura) … add "when" at Fujitsu Ltd. also? I think he is no longer with Fujitsu?

resolves #583

Thank you Daniel!

I suggest to follow the practice used in other specs, e.g.
https://www.w3.org/TR/webnn/
with separate list for Editors, and then Former Editors.
In parenthesis, the affiliation when contributing to the spec.
If a person is not any more affiliated with that company (like in my case), that can be indicated with the "while at " prefix.

+ "when at" to "while at"

Thanks @zolkis for the feedback. I changed to use the formerEditors config.
w.r.t. "while at " prefix I am not sure. In the past we used "when at ". Both sound fine to me.
Maybe @TallTed has an advice...

Personally, I prefer while at (vs. when at) for this purpose, and my sense (without reviewing existing specs) is that it is used more commonly.
