If plugin.js is invoked twice by a misconfigured webpack, say because I haven't figured out how to correctly compile two different web workers yet, print a warning and compile them both anyway instead of returning a mysterious error message.
This is a superset of PR #135, as it does represent a behaviour departure from base instead of a strict error message improvement. 🙂
