AgroFlow Pro is a lightweight, specialized web application designed for small-scale agro-businesses in Zambia. It combines financial tracking, inventory management, and field journaling into a single-file solution that works offline and keeps your data private.
Cash Flow Logging: Track sales, seed purchases, labor wages, and logistics costs.
ZMW Support: All financial figures are localized to Zambian Kwacha.
ROI Dashboard: Real-time calculation of your Return on Investment for the current season.
CSV Export: Download your data as a .csv file for accounting or tax purposes.
Inventory Management: Track quantities of seeds, fertilizers, and harvested produce.
Market Estimator: Forecast potential revenue by linking current stock levels to real-time market prices.
Weather Logging: Correlate crop performance with daily weather conditions (Sunny, Rain, etc.).
Activity Log: Document daily tasks like planting, pest control, or harvest starts.
Reminders: Keep track of vendor contacts and upcoming labor payments.
Staff Mode: A "Lock" feature that allows employees to update stock and logs while hiding sensitive financial balances and ROI data.
Admin Passcode: Protects your financial dashboard (Default: 1234).

LocalStorage: Data is saved directly in your browser—no cloud account or internet required for daily use.
Installation: * Save the provided code as an index.html file on your device.
Launching: * Open the file in any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge).
Entering Data:
Use the Finance tab to log your starting capital (as a sale) or expenses.
Use the Stock tab to enter your current inventory.
Managing Staff:
Click the Lock Icon in the top right to enter "Staff Mode" before handing your device to a worker.
Backups:
Since data is stored in the browser, always use the "Export Report" button weekly to save a backup of your records.

Data Privacy: This app does not send your data to any server. All information stays on the device you use. If you clear your browser's "Site Data" or "Cache," your records will be deleted unless you have exported them to CSV.
