Proposed Changes
Introduce a new FastingTimerCard component that provides a simple, client-side fasting timer experience.
Integrate the fasting timer as an optional widget in the configurable dashboard layout.
Extend the dashboard widget system to support the new fasting widget type.
Persist widget layout using existing dashboard configuration logic.
This PR implements the frontend portion of the fasting feature requested in issue #2134 on the main branch.
The implementation is currently client-side only and is intended as a foundation for future backend integration.
