Some text addjustmenst and I'm not sure about the bold text Criteria:
IMO, this can be left out to make the text more readable and friendly.

The plugin:
- has a free level of service that doesn't require registration and provides enough functionality to be testable by the WordPress Accessibility Team.
- is not be primarily dedicated to accessibility testing. Testing plugins are listed in WordPress plugins for accessibility testing.
- doesn't provide overlay functionality that cannot be fully disabled.
- has an accessible admin interface.
- is updated within the last year.

Propose
Multi-purpose accessibility plugins that are not easily placed in another category, and are not primarily focused on testing.
Fixes #84
Expands on the list of plugins and adds information about the criteria for inclusion.
