Style guide plots

Example scripts for plots following the Style Guide:

• lineplot: CMB Power spectrum, points with errorbars, shaded areas
• map: Mollview plot with bitmapped map and vectorial legend/axis, optional graticule labels, colormaps from IDL, support for nonlinear colormaps (see planckcolor.py for Python)
• universal_colortable_map: Mollview plots with the Universal Planck colorscale for CMB
• universal_colortable_gnomview map: Gnomonic maps with the Universal Planck colorscale
• parameters: 2d histogram plot of parameters likelihoods
