It looks like this broke some package scripts (prebuild):
> eslint . --ext .ts --ext .mts
Invalid option '--ext' - perhaps you meant '-c'?
You're using eslint.config.js, some command line flags are no longer available. Please see https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/command-line-interface for details.
After updating prebuild to do npm run lint, I get
(node:50330) ESLintIgnoreWarning: The ".eslintignore" file is no longer supported. Switch to using the "ignores" property in "eslint.config.js": https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/configure/migration-guide#ignoring-files

ESLint: 9.14.0
ESLint couldn't find an eslint.config.(js|mjs|cjs) file.
From ESLint v9.0.0, the default configuration file is now eslint.config.js.
If you are using a .eslintrc.* file, please follow the migration guide
to update your configuration file to the new format:
which makes sense as V9 doesn't support .json legacy configs.
