fix: fix ESLint config and add CI steps

• Makes ESLint work again.
• Adds 4 jobs in the CI:
  • build.
  • test.
  • lint.
  • prettier.

Pipeline will be very comfortable, its looking good.

I just added a trigger e1f5e73 for every commit on the main branch too, just in case of savage pushes, or unlucky merges.
