Stream-Specific Recommendations

For New Streams

For Chaos Streams

  • Enable most events and items
  • Lower prices and cooldowns
  • Minimal restrictions
  • Prepare for colony impact!

🔧 Technical Notes

Settings Persistence

  • Per-Save: Editor changes are saved with each colony
  • Global Defaults: New colonies use mod defaults
  • Backup: Always backup saves before major edits

Performance Considerations

  • Large store/item lists may impact performance
  • Complex event chains can affect game speed
  • Monitor frame rate after significant changes

🆘 Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Editors not appearing: Ensure you have a game loaded
  • Changes not saving: Check if you have write permissions
  • Performance drops: Reduce number of enabled items/events
  • Missing DLC content: Verify DLC is installed and enabled

Reset Options

  • Individual editors can typically be reset to defaults
  • Full mod reset available in Global Settings
  • Backup saves before resetting
