- Adds a "Why configure registry credentials?" section explaining how Docker Hub rate limits affect dev environment builds
- Documents which registries enforce rate limits (Docker Hub vs ghcr.io) with accurate details
- Adds a "Self-hosted: Node-level credentials" section covering the alternative path for customers who manage credentials at the node level
