Updated the section Installing devkitARM on Debian/Ubuntu-based distributions in INSTALL.md to use the updated instructions from the devkitPro wiki (see here).
Description
I replaced
gdebi-corewithwgetin step 1 of Installing devkitARM on Debian/Ubuntu-based distributions because the updated commands for the installation requiredwget. For step 2, I added the new download method for the devkitPro pacman package and aNoteannotation in case the commands are outdated for future users. Step 3 has the first command line and theNoteannotation removed since it is no longer needed.Discord contact info
