Retire rainix-build-pointers — rainix-copy-artifacts is the single artifact action#204
Conversation
…ifact action rainix-copy-artifacts already does everything build-pointers did (runs BuildPointers.sol via a hashFiles guard) plus the ABI copy, so the two are merged into one reusable. Delete rainix-build-pointers.yaml and document rainix-copy-artifacts as the unified artifact check. Consumers repointed first (rain.math.float dropped its redundant build-pointers.yaml; rain.sol.codegen now calls rainix-copy-artifacts), so nothing references the deleted reusable.
