feat(i18n): add Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) locale support

Add new locale files for Brazilian Portuguese translation covering all application namespaces: common, timeline, dialogs, launch, settings, editor, and shortcuts. Update supported locales configuration to include pt-BR.
